Talking Therapy, Fitness Training and Nutrition Planning can all help bring light back to life.

Obesity Management and Wellness Programme

Looking to deal with your obesity? And address the related challenges of anxiety and depression? And look to improve your diet and fitness at the same time? Welcome to the multi-disciplinary Tri-Factor team!

We all need a friend to talk to from time to time. An attentive ear to hear our problems. A coach to get us exercising, and keep us at it. An expert who understands nutrition for a healthy body.

These are the three factors of health we combine in the Tri-Factor “Go the Distance” Obesity Management Programme.

Depression and anxiety can seem so overwhelming these days.  A multi-disciplinary approach comprising Talk Therapy, Fitness Training and Nutrition Planning can all help bring light back to life. Combine the three factors into one balanced plan and the positive effects are significant.

We don’t make progress alone. The multi-disciplinary team at Tri-Factor are here to work with you, at each stage of your individual three factor plan, to help you set meaningful milestones, and celebrate every time you hit them, all part of our Integrated  Wellness Programme.

Left untreated we all know that conditions such as anxiety, depression, and obesity can increase the risks of chronic illnesses like diabetes, that can limit or even end our ability to work. Our clients feel a huge sense of accomplishment by building the foundations of future good health within a clinically, and emotionally, supportive environment.

One recent participants on the programme says:

” I think the ‘Go the Distance’ programme is very worthwhile in general and a very good initiative for people like me. I am keen to continue with the programme as I think it it very worthwhile.”

Another says “It’s a good programme and it’s a good way to make progress as I personally see the importance of all three areas. It’s a good way to get you started to get you into a more, healthier, lifestyle and routine eating. I thought it was a very positive experience”
